All products sold by PresentsySoul are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been placed and dispatched.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong product selection

• Wrong size or colour selection

• Products that are no longer wanted

• Products that have been used or worn

• Personal preference or dissatisfaction after delivery

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Order ID

• Clear photographs of the product received

• Clear photographs of the packaging

• Unboxing video, where available

All such cases are subject to verification.

If the issue is verified by PresentsySoul, the appropriate resolution may be provided at our discretion, subject to product availability and applicable policies.

Please do not send any product back without contacting PresentsySoul first.

Any unauthorised return shipment may not be accepted or processed.

All return and refund requests are subject to verification of the product, packaging and order details.

PresentsySoul reserves the right to reject claims that are found to be false, misleading or inconsistent with the product originally dispatched.
